Condolences to his family, friends and admirers. Om Shanti.”

Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and his deputy Manish Sisodia additionally condoled the loss of life of Sardana.

News director of Aaj Tak and India Today Rahul Kanwal mentioned his newsroom was in “deep shock” and remembered Sardana as a “sharp young anchor” who by no means “flinched from asking questions”.
