The purpose of this qualitative research was to examine how job sort (operational, skilled and managerial jobs) influences work traits older employees want to proceed working. Semistructured interviews have been performed with 21 older (55+) Dutch workers working in the well being and schooling sector. A full thematic evaluation of interview transcripts was carried out, and work traits have been recognized, coded, categorized and in contrast to uncover patterns of similarities and variations between job sorts.
