A video going viral on-line exhibits a large monitor lizard pulling down merchandise and sparking chaos at a grocery store. The hair-raising footage was filmed at a 7 Eleven outlet in Thailand and shared on Twitter by Thai journey company Mundo Nomada.
In the unbelievable video, the large reptile was seen scrambling up a set of cabinets inside the shop, pulling down quite a lot of gadgets within the course of. Horrified clients had been heard screaming and laughing within the background as the enormous lizard made its ascent to the highest. After reaching the highest, it stopped for a relaxation at the same time as onlookers continued to movie the weird sight.

Since being posted on Twitter this afternoon, the video has collected over 3 lakh views and a whole bunch of surprised feedback.
“Godzilla is real guys,” wrote one Twitter consumer, whereas one other described the scene as “nightmarish”.
However, others discovered humour within the scenario, with one viewer saying that the lizard simply wished some “top shelf snacks” and one other writing it “should have just waited and asked an employee to reach the high shelf”.
After the video went viral on social media, Mundo Nomada recognized the reptile as a monitor lizard in a follow-up tweet. “The animal in the video is an Asian water monitor,” the tour working firm wrote. “You can easily find them in Bangkok (for ex. Lumphini Park) and other parts of Thailand. They often eat carrion. Thai people use the name of this animal as an insult.”
