As the world begins to transfer away from petrol and diesel-power automobiles, there are questions over how the metals wanted for batteries in electric vehicles might be sourced.
One risk is to mine the deep ocean flooring. A lot of corporations are lining up to exploit the minerals discovered there, however campaigners warn it may have a disastrous affect on the marine atmosphere.
