A crocodile was rescued from a sewer in Belapur space of Navi Mumbai on Tuesday, an official from the forest division stated.
The reptile, measuring 6.43 ft and weighing 35.4 kg, had been roaming in sewers and creeks of Navi Mumbai for a few years, and a number of other movies of it have gone viral prior to now, the official from the Thane forest vary stated.
According to a launch issued by the division, the crocodile had roamed in a creek and later inhabited a man-made pond used for fish rearing.

A entice cage was arrange within the sewer on Sunday and the reptile was rescued on Tuesday afternoon, the official stated.
The animal has been taken for a medical analysis and can be relocated to a protected location, he added.
